The device is a comprehensive resource recovery processing unit developed to handle solid waste that is difficult to manage, such as discarded tires, ASR, RDF, and oil-containing sludge, with low resource utilization. It features continuous or batch material supply, where organic solid waste is introduced into a sealed pyrolysis furnace at temperatures ranging from 00 to 450°C in an anaerobic environment. The polymer chains that make up the organic matter decompose due to specific temperature, time, and cumulative effects, producing pyrolysis gas. This pyrolysis gas passes through a condensation unit, and the recovered liquid is crude oil, while the uncondensed gas is sent back to the combustion chamber for re-combustion.
